Tender Collard Greens

Prep time: ten mins |Cooking time: 20 minutes |Servings: 2 


Ingredients: 
2 cups collard greens, chopped 
½ cup of water 
3 tablespoons heavy cream
​1 teaspoon salt
​1 teaspoon paprika 
¼ cup walnuts, chopped 


Directions:  


Place collard greens within the cooker. Sprinkle the greens with salt and paprika. Add heavy cream and water. Mix inside greens gently and close the lid. Cook them for 3 minutes on High-pressure mode. Then allow natural pressure release for ten mins. Open the lid and add walnuts. Mix inside meal and transfer about the serving plates.
