Seafood Paella

Prep time: ten mins | Cooking time: quarter-hour | Servings: 5 

​1 cup cauliflower rice 
8 ounces shrimp
​5 ounces mussels 
2 cups fish stock
​1 cup of water 
1 tablespoon of sea salt 
1 small chile pepper
1 teaspoon curry
​1 teaspoon turmeric 
1 tablespoon oregano 
1 tablespoon fish sauce  
1 teaspoon paprika 
3 garlic cloves 
1 tablespoon butter 


Peel the shrimp and combine these with all of the mussels. Place the seafood in the stress cooker. Add cauliflower rice, salt, curry, turmeric, oregano, and paprika and stir well. Combine the fish stock, fish sauce, and butter together in the mixing bowl and blend well. Pour water mixture into the stress cooker. Peel the garlic and slice it. Chop the chile pepper. Sprinkle the cauliflower rice mixture when using sliced garlic and chopped chile pepper. Stir briefly by by using a wooden spoon. Close pressure cooker lid along with set the pressure cooker mode to “Steam”. Cook for quarter-hour. When the dish is cooked, eliminate the food from the stress cooker. Transfer the paella having a serving bowl.
