Halloumi Salad with Beef Tenderloins

​7 ounces halloumi cheese
​1 tablespoon orange juice
​1 teaspoon sesame oil 
½ teaspoon cumin
​½ cup arugula
​1 pound beef tenderloins
​1 tablespoon freshly squeezed freshly squeezed lemon juice 
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar treatment 
1 teaspoon salt
​1 teaspoon ground white pepper 
1 tablespoon organic essential olive oil
1 teaspoon rosemary
​1 cup romaine lettuce 


Tenderize the beef tenderloins well and cover these with each of the cumin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, using using apple cider vinegar, ground white pepper, salt, and rosemary.
