Fish Curry recipe

​1 tablespoon curry paste
​1 teaspoon curry
​1 cup cream 
1 pound salmon fillet
¼ cup garlic oil 
½ tablespoon salt
​1 teaspoon cilantro
​¼ cup of fish sauce 
½ cup of water 
1 onion 
1 teaspoon red chile flakes 
1 tablespoon fresh ginger 


Chop the salmon fillet roughly and transfer it to pressure to ensure success cooker. Combine the cream and fish sauce inside mixing bowl. Sprinkle the liquid mixture while using curry paste and curry and blend until smooth. Peel the garlic cloves and onion. Chop the vegetables and add these on the cream mixture. Grate the ginger and add the ginger, chili flakes, water, salt, and cilantro and mix well. Pour it on the chopped salmon and coat the fish well. Add the curried fish to pressure cooker. Close the lid in addition to set pressure cooker mode to “Pressure. ” Cook the dish for 10 mins. When the cooking time ends, release the remaining pressure and open the lid. Transfer the dish to serving bowls.
