Cod Stew recipe

Prep time: quarter-hour | Cooking time: a half-hour | Servings: 8 

1 pound cod 
1 large onion
​¼ cup garlic cloves 
3 red peppers 
1 teaspoon cilantro 
1 tablespoon oregano 
1 teaspoon turmeric
4 cups chicken stock 
1 cup black soybeans, canned 
​1 teaspoon of sea salt
​¼cup of fish sauce 
½ cup of water 
1 teaspoon red chile flakes
​1 tablespoon fresh ginger 
½ cup parsley
​1 tablespoon ground black pepper 
1 teaspoon white pepper 


Chop the cod roughly and add it to a mixing bowl. Peel the onion and garlic cloves and dice them and add for the cod. Combine the cilantro, turmeric, sea salt, chili flakes, ground black pepper, and white pepper together inside a separate bowl and mix well and stir well. Add the spice mixture for the cod. Add the canned black soybeans and ginger. Chop the parsley. Transfer the cod mixture in the stress cooker. Add the chicken stock, water, and fish sauce. Sprinkle the stew mixture while using chopped parsley. Stir the stew mixture by using a wooden spoon and close the lid. Set the load cooker to ”Sauté” mode. Cook the dish on for the half-hour. When the stew is cooked, so it can gain to travel cool briefly and serve.
