Cabbage Hash Brown

Prep time: quarter-hour |Cooking time: 13 minutes |Servings: 6 

1-pound white cabbage, shredded 
1 white onion, diced 
1 tablespoon using apple cider vinegar treatment 
1 teaspoon salt 
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
​3 oz bacon, chopped
​1 cup heavy cream 
½ cup of water
​½ teaspoon tomato paste 
1 teaspoon paprika
1 garlic cloves, diced 
1 oz pork rinds 


Put the shredded cabbage inside mixing bowl. Sprinkle it with using using apple cider vinegar, salt, ground black pepper, and paprika. Mix up well leave this mixture for ten mins. After this, transfer it inside cooker. Add chopped bacon, heavy cream, water, tomato paste, garlic cloves, and pork rinds. Mix it carefully and close the lid. Cook the hash brown on High-pressure mode for 13 minutes. Then allow natural pressure release for ten mins. Open the lid and mix in the meal well.
