Gnocchi recipe

Prep time: 10 mins |Cooking time: quarter-hour |Servings: 4 


Ingredients:
​8 ounces turnip, flaked 
½ cup coconut flour 
1 teaspoon salt 
4 servings of water 
1 teaspoon oregano 
½ teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon paprika 


Directions:  


Transfer the turnip in pressure cooker. Add coconut flour, 1 cup of water, salt, oregano, paprika, and white pepper. Stir the amalgamation gently and close the lid. Set the manual mode and cook for 10 minutes. Blend well and remove it from the strain cooker. Knead the dough and separate it in to the small balls, or gnocchi. Pour 3 cups of the lake in the pressure cooker and preheat it. Transfer the gnocchi on the preheated water and stir the mixture well. Close the lid, and hang pressure cooker mode to ”Steam.” Cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until they're cooked. Remove the dish from pressure to succeed cooker and transfer for the serving plate. Chill it briefly and add your best sauce.
